Ecstatic Dance

I am so excited to be opening this one up to whoever feels like shaking some of the inner junk out. This session is open to anyone.  There is no learning of choreography and no dance experience required. The music as well as some prompts from me will guide you through your dance journey - starting with meditation and some shaking followed by whatever your body tells you. The process can help to release any stuck emotions, ground you in to the present and connect you to a deeper place within. Although, they can also be used purely for your dance improvisation practice or to simply come and celebrate life, moving your body in a held container with community. There’s really no pressure to do anything but show up with an open heart and let your body and life do its thing.
