Open Advanced Choreography Class

It has been over 6 months and I’m super excited to be back in the studio with those that are wanting to move! A little more info about the 2 offerings:

Choreography Class 3-5:

This class is aimed at intermediate/advanced dancers. We will work on a piece of choreography. The intention will be to use the material to find your own way of moving within it. We will spend time dancing it out to get in to a deeper connection with ourselves through the steps. Expect a mixture of styles, accessible for dancers from many backgrounds including hip hop and contemporary.

Freedom Dance 6-8:

I have been facilitating these ceremonial spaces for a few years now but mainly in private group sessions. I am so excited to be opening this one up to whoever feels like shaking some of the inner junk out. This session is open to absolutely anyone.…
